DESCRIPTION OF WORK

The work includesthe replacement of existing gas-fired fire training props, upgrades to mechanical,electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure, and minor structural modifications at theTarrant County College District (TCCD) Northwest Fire Service Training Center(FSTC). Scope elements include the removal and installation of new fire props, HVACmodifications, gas distribution system upgrades, electrical power and lightingimprovements, and reinforcement or replacement of thermal barriers, doors, and windows asrequired.

ESTIMATE

The estimated budgetis: $600,000 GC, $3.8M Props.
