Fire Prevention Systems - Inspections, Maintenance, Repair and Install as needed

The Town of Vienna is accepting sealed proposals from qualified Offerors to provide all labor, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, and incidentals necessary for servicing and maintaining the Town’s fire prevention systems in Town buildings. This includes annual inspections, maintenance, and repairs. This may include but is not limited to smoke detectors, alarm panels, carbon dioxide detectors, exit/emergency lights, sprinkler systems, fire alarms, kitchen hood cleanings, and backflow preventer inspections.

Located in Northern Virginia and approximately 14 miles from Washington D.C., the Town of Vienna is an incorporated town within Fairfax County—adjacent to Tysons Corner (Northeast), Oakton and Fairfax City (Southwest), Merrifield/Mosaic District (Southeast) and Reston (Northwest). The Town is 4.4 square miles.
