Fire Monitoring Services - Multiple Locations

Contract Start Date: January 02, 2026
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the
Fire Monitoring Services Area 5 Multi-Year Contract located at Multiple Locations, CA. Work
to include: The Contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, material, transportation,
and equipment necessary for monitoring, quarterly tests, semi-annual services, annual
services, and battery replacement. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions,
and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to
PWC@cmd.ca.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 36934 - DO NOT OPEN.
Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job by scheduling an appointment
with CPT Jason Saldana, Jason.Saldana@cmd.ca.gov no later than November 6, 2025, to visit
one of the Multiple Locations, CA . Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards.
Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in
disqualification from submitting a bid. Prospective bidders shall not proceed directly to the job
site unless directed at doing so in writing by the Contracting Officer. Prospective bidders may
obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting CPT Jason Saldana at
Jason.Saldana@cmd.ca.gov.
The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-10 - Electrical Contractor license and a C-16 ¿
Fire Protection Contractor license, or subcontract to one.
All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Nicole Jackson, at
Nicole.Jackson@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 11/13/2025. Email subject lines must
state RFI FOR EVENT# 36934.
If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be
held on 11/20/2025 at 2:00 PM.
