RFP# BUD/260480 Fire Impact Fee Study
Scope of Work: The Consultant will work with City Staff and City Attorney to collect data and develop additional data required to fully support a comprehensive Fire Impact Fee Study, which recommends an economically and legally supportable set of fire impact fees to offset growth-related impacts. The Consultant must provide a Fire Impact Fee Study and Plan that complies with the Florida Impact Fees Act (Florida Statutes 2025). CONTRACT TERM: The resulting contract will be for an initial term of one (1) year. The vendor will have one year from Notice to Proceed to complete the project with an anticipated completion date of May 3, 2027.
