Description:

Project consists of removing (1) existing double exterior entry door & install new double exterior entry door. Door hardware consistent with COH approved door system tying into CPI system. Test new installation for full functionality. Removing (6) existing windows & replace with (4) new windows. Internal walls patched and painted to match existing. Newly constructed exterior wall shall be stuccoed. Paint shall match existing color pigment.
