Fire Extinguishers and Service

The County of Yolo is requesting quotes (i.e., proposals) from qualified vendors to provide regular service for approximately 613 rechargeable fire extinguishers in County buildings and vehicles, 1 kitchen hood system, 1 halon system and 3 fire hoses and to provide pricing for the purchase of new extinguishers as necessary for approximately thirty-eight (38) locations countywide.

The quote will be inclusive of all labor, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, licenses, permits and insurance needed to perform the services as specified herein. Nothing will be paid separately.

All services shall be performed per specifications outlined in this Request for Quotes (RFQ). There is no guarantee of minimum work under any Purchase Order (PO) awarded.

Vendors who submit a response to this RFQ must have the ability to meet all the requirements contained herein, including the PO terms and conditions in Attachment 2.
