Fire Extinguisher Services

The Town of Killingly, Connecticut (“Town”) invites sealed proposals from qualified, licensed, and certified fire protection contractors to provide Fire Extinguisher Inspection, Testing, Maintenance, and Related Compliance Services for municipal facilities, including the Killingly Water Pollution Control Facility (KWPCF), pump stations, administrative buildings, and other Town-owned properties. The purpose of this contract is to ensure that all portable fire extinguishers are properly inspected, tested, maintained, tagged, and documented in full compliance with applicable NFPA standards (including NFPA 10), OSHA regulations, State of Connecticut Fire Code, and insurance carrier requirements.
