The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, inventory reports, and all other items necessary or proper for, or incidental to, performing fire extinguisher inspection, certification, repair, and maintenance services and maintain data into the specified site of the Aviation Authority’s Enterprise Asset Management System EAMS Maximo on various types of hand-held and portable operated fire extinguishers at the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and Orlando Executive Airport (OEA) in accordance with this Specification.
The Contractor shall perform the services in accordance with industry standards, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA;
http://www.nfpa.org
) 10 requirements (Chapter 69A-21, Fire Extinguishers and pre-Engineered Systems), State of Florida Statutes Title XXXVII Chapter 633.304, 633.306, 633.308, 633.316, and 633.124, any applicable manufacturer’s instructions so that manufacturer’s warranty is not in any way void.
