Request for Proposal
The Red Deer School Division is requesting proposals for Fire Extinguisher Inspection and Maintenance Services. The agreement will come into effect on the first day of the contract and shall remain in effect three (3) years later with the option of a two (2) year extension. A sample contract can be found in Appendix -B.
The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit Proposals from Proponents to provide Complete Fire Extinguisher Inspection and Maintenance Services. for the assessment and evaluation of all existing Fire Extinguishers and related components at all schools in order to optimize the number and location of fire extinguishers and create a maintenance program for the duration of the contract.
