Introduction:

NAVSUP FLC Yokosuka (FLCY) Site Marianas is providing this pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR 5.204 for an upcoming solicitation. NAVSUP FLCY Site Marianas anticipates issuing a solicitation for the procurement of Firefighter Uniform Shirts and Pants.

Requirement:

The Contractor shall provide Firefighter Station Wear Uniform Shirts and Pants that conform to the requirements specified in the draft statement of work, including but not limited to design and style, material, construction, sizing, labeling and marking.

Important Information:

This is a presolicitation notice only. A solicitation will be issued at a later date. No proposals or quotes are being requested or accepted at this time.

This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. The small business size standard is 750 employees for NAICS code is 315210. Offerors must meet the applicable small size standard for the applicable NAICS code. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract. Offerors must be registered and certified in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (www.sam.gov). No contract award will be made to any contractor that is not registered or in the process of registering with SAM.

The solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be available only through Contract Opportunities at www.SAM.gov. All quotes, and other documents required for the quote submittal, including amendments to the request for quotes, shall be submitted electronically. All dates in this announcement are estimated and are subject to change. No other information will be available before the solicitation is posted.
