NOTICE TO BID - FIRE DEPARTMENT PORTABLE RADIOS
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the City of Tontitown, Arkansas
for the purchase of portable radio equipment for the Tontitown Fire Department.
Project Description:
The City of Tontitown is seeking sealed bids for portable radios and related accessories,
programming, software, and support services for the Tontitown Fire Department.
Equipment submitted must meet or exceed the specifications required by the City of
Tontitown and Tontitown Fire Department.

Submission of Bids:
Sealed bids must clearly mark:

and be delivered to:

235 E. Henri De Tonti Blvd.
Tontitown, AR 72770
no later than Friday, June 12, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
Bid Opening:
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, June 12, 2026 at
Tontitown City Hall, 235 E. Henri De Tonti Blvd., Tontitown, AR 72770.
Requirements:
* Equipment must meet or exceed all required specifications
* Bidder must provide warranty information
* Bidder must provide delivery timeline
* Equipment shall be new and unused
