Description
The Contractor must provide 4-year inspection services in the month of June each year to test the mechanical operation of the Combination fire/smoke dampers.
The Contractor must complete inspection of one quarter of the buildings each year to meet the requirement of the 4-year inspections over a 4-year period. The Regional Psychiatric Centre has approximately 600 fire dampers within the institution. The estimated contract period will be 48 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2026/04/01.
