NOTICE TO OFFERORS
• This solicitation will be awarded as a Purchase Order to one (1) Contractor
• The Period of Performance is: 120 Days from Date of the Award
Estimated Period of Performance dates are: 03/25/2026 TO 07/24/2026
• Late or incomplete offers will not be considered.
• Questions are due 03/18/2026 @ 1500 ET.
• Offers are due 03/20/2026 1500 ET.

2. Complete and provide a Price Proposal: Fill in the Unit Price for all Line-items in the Schedule of Items
3. Complete and provide a Technical Proposal:
a. Complete Exhibit A and B (Experience listed must show Previous Experience)
b. Provide a synopsis of the Contractor’s Technical Capability on how tasks will be performed in SOW
c. Contractor must specify personnel who will perform the work, the equipment that will be used and if
they plan to subcontract the work. If subcontracting, those personnel, and their experience must be listed.
