The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract for Fire Arms Training Simulator (FATS) and Small Arms Weapon Simulator (SAWS) maintenance warranty support services in support of Naval Construction Group One and Two under Navy Expeditionary Combat Command. This acquisition will be conducted using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; and FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This requirement will be issued as full and open competition. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 811310; the size standard is $11,000,000. The PSC is J010.
Naval Construction Group One and Two require Maritime Expeditionary Security Group Two (MESG-2) requires Fire Arms Training Simulator (FATS) and Small Arms Weapon Simulator (SAWS) maintenance warranty support services for ten (10) different kinds of weapon simulators. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. THE SOLICITATION IS NOT YET AVAILABLE. Once available, the solicitation will be posted to this site SAM.gov. The solicitation is expected to be available on or about 30 June 2025.
A complete RFQ package will be available by downloading the documents at SAM.gov as on or around 30 June 2025. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will NOT issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
