For Fire Alarm System.  Mandatory PRE- BID meeting at ALDOT facility, with sign-in sheet, to determine what existing equipment can be used and what needs to be added.  We also need cost of monthly, quarterly, or yearly monitoring.  Meeting on  June 23, 2026 at 9 am, at ALDOT, District 1, 240 Hwy 280, Alexander City, AL.  We are the yellowish stucco building paralell to a gate.  There is a sign- lg rock and flowers.   We will need equipment, labor hours for installation, and monthly monitoring rate.   Building is 2085sq ft, 3 exits, 9 rooms including 2 restrooms, a conference room, and closet not in an office.  Submitting vendor must be within 40 miles of location.  Current valid period is from June 24, 2026 until September 30 ,2026.  To be Please call Kris at 256-234-8487 for any questions.
