Fire Alarm Panel Repair - Fresno

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the
Fire Alarm Panel Repair - Fresno located at Fresno AVCRAD, 5168 E Dakota Avenue, Fresno,
CA 93727. Work to include: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment
necessary to repair the Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP).. All work shall be in accordance with
the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be
emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov with the subject title BID FOR EVENT# 36747 - DO NOT
OPEN.
Prospective bidders MAY attend the OPTIONAL pre-bid job walk at Fresno AVCRAD, 5168 E
Dakota Avenue, Fresno, CA 93727. Prospective bidders may contact Nicole Jackson at
Nicole.Jackson@cmd.ca.gov. to schedule.

The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-10 - Electrical Contractor license and a C-16
Fire Protection Contractor license, or subcontract to one.
All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Nicole Jackson, at
Nicole.Jackson@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 9/24/2025. Email subject lines must
state RFI FOR EVENT# 36747.
If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be
held on 9/26/2025 at 2:00 PM.
