It is the State’s intention to obtain goods and services, as specified in this IFB, from a contract between the selected Bidder and the State.
Additional Instructions
The State is issuing this solicitation for the purpose of providing Fire Alarm/Fire Protection, Fire Extinguisher, Sprinkler System Maintenance, and Fire Extinguisher service for five (5) facilities operated and maintained by the Baltimore Public Buildings and Grounds. Five of the six facilities are in Baltimore City. This contract ensures a fully operational fire alarm system and fully operational sprinkler systems to notify the building occupants during an emergency situation.
