Lewiston School District has engaged Kenaston Corporation as the CM/GC for this project.

.
Bids will be received for all scopes of work until 4:00 PM PST, Thursday, June 4th, 2026 at the Lewiston School
District Office - Board Room, 3317 12th St., Lewiston ID 83501. Please send bids on provided bid forms per instruction
in the bid documents. Bids received after 4:01 PM PST will be deemed late submissions. Bids will be opened publicly
at the same location. Bidding for this project will follow applicable Idaho Statutes. A state of Idaho Public Works
license is required at the time of bid.
Project consists of replacing and upgrading the fire alarm system for 2 different junior high schools and 4 different
elementary schools.
A non-mandatory pre-construction meeting will be held on-site Wednesday, May 27th, 2026, 3:45 PM at Whitman
Elementary School, 1840 9th Ave, Lewiston, ID 83501. From there, visiting the other 5 schools is an option.
Budget for this project is $1,010,000.00
Bid documents will be available beginning Wednesday, May 20th, 2026 and may be obtained at the locations listed below.
The Owner and Architect will not have sets for bidder viewing. Each subcontractor is responsible for obtaining their own
bid documents. Bid documents may also be viewed or obtained at the following locations:
