FINE ARTS INSTRUCTIONAL CENTER FIRE PUMP CONTROLLER REPLACEMENT

The mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is on 3/12/2026 at 9am in the second floor conference room of the Facilities Building located at 32 Charter Oak Road, Willimantic, CT. Furnish and install new fire pump controller as scheduled and indicated on the drawings including all associated power wiring, fire alarm and pressure sensor line connections for a complete working controller of the existing fire pump. Provide factory commissioning, programing and testing of new fire pump controller. Provide fire pump flow test upon completion of installation work. Provide fire pump flow test services witnessed by state fire marshal (AHJ), insurance company (FM Global), and owner (ECSU).
