ITB# GRM/260113 Fine Arts Appraiser
Scope of Work:
The City of Ocala requires the services of an experienced and qualified appraiser/consultant to provide professional appraisal reports and determination of the current market value of each 91 artworks in City’s permanent public art collection for insurance purposes. The City is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified appraisers to provide these services by April 27, 2026. Please review the attached Exhibit A- Scope of Work and Exhibit B- Price Proposal for full details of the solicitation. Bidders can respond to listing by completing and submitting Exhibit B - Price Proposal along with the required documents in Exhibit A - Scope of Work to bids@ocalafl.gov no later than 2:00 P.M. on November 12, 2025. NO EXCEPTIONS TO OPENING TIME WILL BE ALLOWED. Any questions relative to any item(s) or portion of this Invitation to Bid should be directed to David Williams, Buyer, dwilliams@ocalafl.gov (352-629-8350).
