The Finance Division currently operates three distinct reporting functions-Accounting, FP&A, and Treasury-each with its own processes, data structures, and methodologies. While this decentralized model has served us historically, it limits our ability to deliver a unified financial and operational narrative.
To support enterprise-wide decision-making and aligning closely with IT and Operations to transition toward a 360-degree, one-source-of-truth reporting framework. This integrated approach will ensure consistent, accurate, and actionable insights across all business units, enabling more strategic, data-driven decisions at every level of the organization.
