Financial Mgmt. for PDS in 1915(c)HCBS Waiver Programs C5684

The selected vendor will provide Financial Management Services (FMS) for the Participant-Directed Service (PDS) model of the following five (5) 1915(c) Medicaid waiver programs in the Commonwealth of Kentucky: (1) Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), (2) Acquired Brain Injury - Long Term Care (ABI-LTC), (3) Home and Community Based Waiver (HCB), (4) Michelle P. Waiver (MPW), (5) Supports for Community Living (SCL). FMS's include, but are not limited to, electronic visit verification, processing claims/goods and services invoices, processing background checks for PDS Employees, issuing paychecks to PDS Employees, assisting participants, representatives, or employees with tax forms, documentation, and reports needed by State or Federal agencies, and financial reports for the participant and Case Manager.
