FINANCIAL EFFICIENCY ENGAGEMENT

Request for Proposals will be received by the City of Gonzales at City Hall, 120 S. Irma Boulevard, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737 until, April 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time for the following:

CITY OF GONZALES REQUEST PROPOSALS FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES TO CONDUCT A
FINANCIAL EFFICIENCY ENGAGEMENT
The City of Gonzales is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive financial efficiency engagement. The purpose of this engagement is to evaluate the city's financial operations, identify areas for cost savings, and recommend improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
Firms will be evaluated based upon professional qualifications, specialized experience, methodology and approach, cost reasonableness, team capacity and technical competence related to similar Financial Efficiency Engagement’s conducted by the interested firms. A single firm will be chosen by the City of Gonzales selection team. The City of Gonzales selection team will be comprised of a minimum of three (3) city employees or administrators directly responsible for City funding.
Interested consultant teams shall submit their qualification on standard form titled “Gonzales Professional Services Proposal Statement”. To request the standard forms, project selection documents or submit questions regarding the RFP, all inquiries should be directed to Mr. Brandon Boylan, City Clerk/Finance Director, via email ONLY at [email protected] no later than 3 o’clock pm, March 27, 2025, with responses given via email by 10 o’clock am, March 31, 2025.
The submittal documents must be delivered in a sealed envelope or box that is clearly identified on the outside as “Statement of Qualifications for Disaster Recovery Project Management”.
The City requests that four (4) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy of the proposals be submitted.  For the electronic copy, please submit on CD or usb flash drive.  http://www.centralauctionhouse.com.

The City of Gonzales reserves the right to disqualify any response to a Request for Proposal if it is determined that the submitting business entity is not in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State, registered with SAM.gov, or is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana.  The City of Gonzales reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals for just cause.
