Financial Consultancy - University Athletics

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of financial consulting for University Athletics from Michael Green as a sole source because of the contractor being the only provider able to meet critical parameters or timeframes to support the research and/or business needs of the university. OSU requires a financial consultant with:
• Executive level higher education financial leadership experience;
• Demonstrated expertise in financial governance, capital planning, and institutional risk assessment;
• Extensive familiarity with OSU’s internal financial systems, historical decisions, and organizational context;
• Immediate availability to support time sensitive institutional priorities.
Michael Green is the only financial consultant that can meet all the requirements. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
