Project Description: Request for Proposals for Financial Advisory Services
City of Lancaster Revitalization and Improvement Zone Authority (CRIZ)
CRIZ will receive proposals online for a firm to provide financial advisory services in connection with issuing a privately placed Tax Revenue Note, Series of 2025 (Federally Taxable) in an estimated principal amount between $15,000,000 and $20,000,000 until May 5, 2025, at 11:00AM at which time they shall be opened electronically and publicly posted on PennBid’s website. The note must be prepayable anytime, without penalty, and will amortize through December 15, 2045.
The successful proposer shall be required to comply with all applicable laws protecting individuals from discrimination.
