Financial Advisory Services – For Bond Sale

Project Description: The City of Norwalk is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) from qualified firms interested in serving as the City’s Financial Advisor to provide advice for future bond issuance. The selected Firm shall be expected to review, analyze and recommend appropriate strategies that meet the City’s financial objectives, budgetary goals and debt management standards. The City of Norwalk invites qualified firms to respond to this RFP by submitting a proposal for financial advisory services consistent with the requirements and conditions herein set forth in this Request for Proposal solicitation document. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
