Description
The Kansas Department of Transportation is seeking competitive bid proposals from qualified vendors to secure specialized professional Financial Advisory Services.
The Financial Advisor will advise the Secretary of Transportation, or the Secretary's designee, on debt strategy, debt management, implementation procedures, and the financial market environment, and if needed, update KDOT’s debt policy, the selection of any investment banking team, and the selection of the book running co-managers on each debt transaction and on the sale of Bonds. Ancillary services generally related to the above list may be required of the Advisor throughout the contract period.
