The intent of this RFP is to solicit submissions from an external consultant to review, validate, and enhance GSS’s risk management program using a hybrid governance model that combines Board-level oversight with Committee-level monitoring. As GSS operates in an increasingly complex healthcare (community care services), there may be an opportunity to strengthen its enterprise risk management (ERM) practices.
This initiative is intended to build on and enhance the existing risk management program, with a focus on validation, standardization, and strengthening of processes. The proposed enhancements include adopting a hybrid risk management governance model.
