Your contract with Clear Creek ISD is up for renewal. To help facilitate this process we are utilizing the District's electronic bidding system.
In accordance with the renewal provisions of RFP 2022.820 HVAC Equipment, Labor, & Supplies, CCISD will exercise its option to renew this agreement. This agreement is scheduled to renew for the FINAL year beginning, June 1, 2025 through May 31, 2026. *See "Attachments" tab for all required documents .

If you agree to extend the proposal, please complete the required documents, upload and submit by Friday, April 24, 2026 . If there are any exceptions, such as price increases, please submit this information along with all required documents in the "Response Attachments" tab .
