Project Description: Construction for modifications to wastewater facility's final sludge return piping and replacement of final sludge pump drivers with soft starts., as more particularly specified in the Contract Documents.
The City of Bethlehem will receive sealed Bids online via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) for 2026 18 Final Clarifier Sludge Return Piping Modifications until 10:00am, July 10th, 2026 at which time they shall be opened electronically and publicly posted on PennBid’s website.
Plans and specifications are available at no cost on PennBid. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on June 24th, 2026, 10:00 AM at Bethlehem Wastewater Treatment Plant, 144 Shimersville Rd, Bethlehem, PA 18015 to answer any questions. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend.
