Questions can be submitted within the RFQ at the Bid Express website. Questions will NOT be answered via phone, fax, or email.

This is a Sealed Bid Process. All Quotes/Proposals MUST be submitted through Bid Express. Go to https://www.bidexpress.com and look for either GRDA or Grand River Dam Authority Solicitations and RFQ 3863. You MUST be registered with Bid Express to view the RFQ. There is no fee to view the solicitation however, there is a fee to upload/submit your Quote/Proposal. NO Bids/Proposals will be accepted via Phone, Mail, Fax, or Email.
