Public notice is hereby given that Snohomish County has issued the above mentioned call for bids.

Full notice and complete details of the bid – PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, ADDENDA, BIDDERS LIST, AND PLAN HOLDERS LIST for this project are available through the Snohomish County Projects Online virtual plan room at Builders Exchange of Washington ( BWXA ). Free of charge access is provided to Bidders, Subcontractors, and Vendors by going to http://www.bxwa.com/ and clicking on: “ Posted Projects ” , “ Public Works ” , “ Snohomish County ” , and “ Projects Bidding ” .

All bids must be submitted in writing on forms downloaded from Builders Exchange of Washington.

This is the official/primary means established by Snohomish County for the issuance and distribution of its project bid documents. The online virtual plan room provides Bidders with fully usable online documents with the ability to view, download, print to your own printer, and to order and purchase full/partial plan sets from numerous reprographic sources.

Bidders are encouraged to "Register" online at the Snohomish County Projects Online virtual plan room at the BXWA website to receive automatic E-mail notification of addenda, and to be placed on the "Bidders (Plan Holders) List”. Bidders shall obtain any and all addenda issued by Snohomish County for these projects from the Snohomish County Projects Online virtual plan room at the BXWA website. Bidders are ultimately responsible to investigate and acknowledge all issued project addenda.

No oral interpretations of the Bid will be made to any Bidder. All questions must be submitted in writing by Email to: purchasing@snoco . org . All answers and clarifications will be sent to all plan holders via addendum.

Hard copy submittals may be delivered in person or sent via commercial carrier or post office. The delivery/physical address is: 3000 Rockefeller Ave, Drewel Building - Admin East, 6th Floor and must be received by the Purchasing Department not later than 11:00 AM on the given due date.

If submitting in person, the bid shall be sealed in an envelope, and the bid number and proposer’s name will be noted on the outside of the envelope. Proposals will not be accepted at any other county location other than the Snohomish County Purchasing Division.

Bids will be opened by County staff. The opening may be viewed via Microsoft Teams. Bidders may attend bid openings on the 6th floor of the Robert J. Drewel Building. Bidders may also call in and listen to the bid opening at the number below.
