Description
Oregon State University (“OSU” and/or “Owner”) is conducting a competitive TWO-STEP Request for Proposals (RFP) process to retain ONE (1) General Contractor to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) services for the Field Sports Building (the “Project”).
OSU WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTING SEALED PROPOSALS ELECTRONICALLY - Proposals are to be submitted to bids@oregonstate.edu by the Due Date/Time.
MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE/SITE-VISIT - A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference/Site-Visit will be held on March 19, 2025, at 1:30 PM PT with attendees meeting at the west entrance to the Whyte Track & Field Complex (2200 Western Blvd. – Corvallis, OR 97331) with parking available in the “C” lot south of the Softball Stadium. Parking information can be found at https://transportation.oregonstate.edu/parking/visitors .
All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to constructioncontracts@oregonstate.edu by the Question Deadline in order to be addressed. The email subject line should contain the Solicitation Number/Name and Firm Name.
