Field Marking Robots

The County of Greenville is seeking sealed bids from vendors to provide two (2) athletic field marking robots to autonomously mark fields for various purposes in accordance with the specifications of this RFP. The County desires to enter into a one one-time purchase agreement to procure the units outright. The primary objective is to acquire a state-of-the-art robotic solutions that will ensure precise and efficient marking of athletic fields while minimizing labor and maximizing accuracy. The machines should be adaptable for various sports and compliant with relevant industry standards. The basic requirements for the robot must include, but are not limited to, the following criteria:

• Accurate and efficient field marking.
• Adaptability to different field sizes, shapes, and marking patterns.
• Safe operation in various environmental conditions.
• User-friendly interface for easy programming and control.

The Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism operates over 60 rectangular athletic fields for multiple sports and uses. The department desires to purchase two units to improve staff efficiency in marking fields.
