Field Maintenance Consumable & Labor

Project Description: The City of Dallas (the “City”) is soliciting bids to establish a sixty (60) month Not to Exceed service price agreement for materials, parts, inspection, maintenance and repair of specific equipment in the Field Maintenance Building (SRE) located at Dallas Love Field 3387 Hawes Ave, Dallas, Texas, 75235 and if applicable, any support equipment at a facility located within the borders of Dallas Love Field property. The SRE equipment included in this solicitation is critical to successful Dallas Love Field airport operations which are operational 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year to be utilized by the Department of Aviation.This type of contract sets a maximum spending limit over the contract term. Services will be ordered on an as-needed basis during the term of this contract.
