Sealed Tenders will be received by the undersigned until 1:00 P.M., local time, on Friday March 13, 2026 for Fiber Reinforced Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete Overlay on:

• Township Road 480 (Hwy 17 East to Range Road 3273) 8.3 km E-W - 30 mm Thin Lift Mix
• Township Road 490 (Hwy 17 East to Marshall) 14.8 km E-W - 30 mm Thin Lift Mix

Approximate total quantities:

• 25,000 tonnes of 30 mm Thin Lift Hot Mix Asphalt in place (Processed Aggregate and Oil Supplied)
• 125 tonnes of Quick-Setting Prime/Tack Oil
• 500 tonnes of mix picked up at plant by RM

Tenders will be opened in public in the office of the undersigned at the hour of 3:00 P.M, local time, on Friday March 13, 2026. Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or alternatively, a bid bond in the amount of not less than “10 % of the Tender amount” valid for 60 days.

The Rural Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
