Fiber Infrastructure Design, Build, and Related Services

Boone County operates and maintains a dedicated dark fiber network connecting county properties, most of which are located within one mile of the Administration Building in Burlington. The County anticipates a potential project in the near future that will require a new underground fiber build. All construction will include end-to-end fiber runs with terminations inside each connected facility. Boone County’s network infrastructure is mission-critical, supporting public safety operations and administrative services across the county.
