Narrative/Scope(if not FHWA)/Explanation for other changes: (New Project - Pre Grant) This project consists of applying new paint and beads to all striping, symbols, crosswalks, and stop bars on state owned roads through out the Southeast District. Any necessary training for State personnel, sweeping, flushing, and any other required pavement preparation where new paint is to be applied. Locations include Juneau, Ketchikan, Klawock, Petersburg, Wrangell, Yakutat. 83% of work is Non-NHS. 17% of work is NHS.
