The City of Festus (City) is seeking a firm to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision, necessary to complete in a thoroughly workmanlike manner the design and construction of the new Festus Police Department Gun Range pursuant to the City of Festus Procurement Policy - Chapter 150. To be considered, a proposal must be received by 2:00 P.M. on April 3
