MCIPAC Regional Contracting Office intends to restrict competition in accordance with FAR subpart 12.1 and award a contract for Ferry Transportation Services to:

This procurement action is being conducted under FAR subpart 12.201-1 and this notification also serves as the presolicitation notice. The anticipated date of award is 21 March 2026.
The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is V119 –
Transportation/Travel/Relocation: Transportation: Other.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 483112 – Deep Sea Passenger Transportation.
The requirement is for commercial Ferry Transportation Services to support the training and operations at Ie Shima Auxiliary Airfield, managed by the United States Marine Corps. These services are essential for the transportation of U.S. Government personnel and Government vehicles between Motobu Peninsula Port and Ie Shima Port, Okinawa, Japan.
