Separate sealed Bids for Ferry Road and Seaside Avenue Resiliency Improvements will be received by the City of Saco, Maine at the Saco Public Works Department located at 15 Phillips Spring Road, Saco, Maine 04072 until 1:00 p.m. Prevailing Time, Wednesday, October 22, 2025. There will be a public opening of all bids received at that time.

The project includes a Base Bid and two Bid Alternates as described in the Bid Specifications.
