Fence Repair and Installation

This contract is intended to provide as-needed fencing services for parks and facilities throughout the City. The purpose of the contract is to ensure that park fencing infrastructure remains safe, functional, secure, and aesthetically pleasing for park users and the surrounding community.

Services may include, but are not limited to, the installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance of various types of fencing, gates, and related components. Work will be performed on an as-needed basis at locations throughout the City's park system.

The resulting contract is not associated with any specific capital improvement project and no minimum amount of work is guaranteed. The City will utilize the contract to address routine maintenance needs, safety concerns, vandalism repairs, emergency repairs, and other operational requirements as they arise. Actual expenditures will depend on available funding and the City's ongoing maintenance needs during the contract term.
