Instructions for site visit:
All offerors are required to provide a full list of the legal names of all attendees no later than the day before site visit. Email attendee list to Richard.Dunawayii@fema.dhs.gov
All site visit attendees must provide a government issued identification, such as a valid drivers license, state issued ID, or passport.
All vehicles entering Government property are subject to search.
No further changes.
FEMA Region 10 requires maintenance, inspections, and repair services for elevator equipment to ensure proper operation and safety compliance.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, and materials for preventative maintenance and repair services for elevator equipment at FEMA Region 10 locations. Services include, but are not limited to, inspections, maintenance, checks, repairs, and reporting as detailed in the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO).
This contract is subject to Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determination 2015-5535, Snohomish County Washington
