The Bid Submission Deadline is July 29, 2025 at 2:00pm Central Time.

Bid Opening will take place on the Bid Express website. There will NOT be a Public Opening.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting for prospective Bidders will be held on 7/16/25 at the GRDA Transmission Headquarters, located at 635 Hwy 69A Pryor, OK 74362, at 10:00 AM Central Time.

Questions can be submitted within the RFQ at the Bid Express website until July 24, 2025 at 2:00pm Central Time. Questions will NOT be answered via phone, fax, or email.

This is a Sealed Bid Process. All Quotes/Proposals MUST be submitted through Bid Express. Go to https://www.bidexpress.com and look for either GRDA or Grand River Dam Authority Solicitations and RFQ 2941. You MUST be registered with Bid Express to view the RFP. There is a $50.00 fee to upload your Quote/Proposal. NO Bids/Proposals will be accepted via Phone, Mail, Fax, or Email
