Description
The City of Los Angeles Department of City Planning (DCP) requests proposals from a consultant (Consultant) from the prequalified Economic Analysis bench list (RAMPLA ID# 41483) who qualified to update the fee study for the Department. The primary objectives are to reassess anticipated annual costs of administering and enforcing the Home-Sharing work program, estimate potential revenues from regular Home-Sharing (RHS) and Extended Home-Sharing (EHS) registration fees and activity, and update the maximum legal Per-Night Fee (PNF) that may be charged in order to ensure that the Home-Sharing work program is at full-cost recovery.
All proposals should be on a fixed-cost basis and may include additional optional cost items that will be reflected in the proposal, such as additional studies or technical reports. All deliverables are expected to be legally defensible as required by the State and City of Los Angeles (City). The Consultant is expected to work in consultation with City staff, including the City Attorney's office.
Proposals will only be accepted from the firms on the prequalified on-call bench list associated with the aforementioned RAMPLA ID #41483.
