Federal Lobbying Services, RFQ 642827

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to solicit sealed proposals for the competitive negotiation with a firm registered as a lobbyist with the United States House of Representatives (House) and the United States Senate (Senate) in order to achieve certain federal legislative agenda objectives, including funding and policy changes. The prospective consultant and/or government relations firm should have business relationships with the Executive Branch and its reporting agencies and departments, and should have experience in effectively lobbying issues on both sides of the aisle in both the House and Senate.

The County intends to award a two (2) year contract with up to four (4) additional one (1) year renewal options, for up to a potential six (6) year contract.
