Description

The City of Spokane, through its Mayor’s Office (hereinafter “City”) is initiating this Informal Request for Proposals (hereinafter “IRFP”) to solicit Proposals from Firms interested in participating on a project to provide federal lobbying services for the City Council.

It is the responsibility of Proposers to check ProcureWare for Addenda or other additional information that may be posted regarding this Request. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City of Spokane’s ProcureWare submittal portal to be responsive and accepted.
