FEDERAL LOBBYING SERVICES

SMUD anticipates awarding one (1) contract as a result of this solicitation for a four (4) year period starting January 1, 2025 through January 1, 2029. Qualified Proposers will, prior to the submission of ,demonstrate established, full-service lobbying operations in the Washington, D.C. area within at least the past five (5) consecutive years. Staff assigned to SMUD projects will, by agreement with the client, be fully qualified, professional lobbyists, appropriately registered with the requisite offices of the U.S. Congress. If the Proposer is a subsidiary, any and all parent companies must be American companies first, with headquarters in the United States.
