Project Description: The City of Brownsville, Texas, invites proposals from a qualified and experienced firm to deliver strategic federal consulting and advocacy services. We are looking for a partner with a proven history of comprehensive federal representation and policy advisory work. The selected firm will enhance the City’s influence in Washington, D.C., cultivate relationships with congressional members and federal agencies, and secure appropriations, competitive and formula grants, and other policy-driven resources in areas such as economic development, aerospace, infrastructure, public safety, digital connectivity, and environmental resilience.
