The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to solicit proposals for a consultant and/or government relations contract or contracts through competitive negotiation with firm(s) with extensive demonstrated experience with securing federal grants in multiple areas that affect local governments.

The County intends to award a one (1) year contract with up to four (4) additional one (1) year renewal options, for up to a potential five (5) year contract.
